Job Summary
Oversees the operations, budget, and maintenance of critical building and equipment, including new construction. Focuses on maintenance of building and grounds of an organization, overseeing staff, and the upkeep of equipment and supplies. Ensures overall operational performance readiness, reliability, and integrity of critical infrastructure systems throughout the organization. Manages the supportive services for physical asset construction and maintenance. Develops plans to keep the buildings and surrounding campus at the highest level of reliability. Plans, organizes, develops, and directs construction and building maintenance in accordance with policies, procedures, current Federal, State, and local standards.
