The Facilities Maintenance Manager – Southeast is responsible for overseeing all maintenance, repair, and facilities operations for a portfolio of convenience store locations across the Southeast region. This role ensures stores are safe, functional, compliant, and well‑maintained, while minimizing downtime and controlling costs.
The ideal candidate is a hands‑on leader with strong vendor management experience, a sense of urgency, and a customer‑focused mindset who understands the fast‑paced nature of retail and fuel environments.
