Kforce is working with a client in the Sarasota area to identify a motivated and analytically driven M&A professional to join their team. In this role as a Manager of M&A Transactions, you will work closely with senior leadership and gain hands-on experience across the full transaction lifecycle, including deal evaluation, due diligence, execution, and post-close integration support. The position offers strong visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact strategic initiatives within a dynamic corporate environment. What You'll Do:
  • Support evaluation of acquisitions and strategic investments, including financial analysis and due diligence
  • Build and maintain financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses
  • Analyze financial statements, performance trends, and key value drivers
  • Coordinate cross-functional diligence efforts and manage data rooms
  • Prepare summaries, presentations, and recommendations for leadership
  • Support review of real estate, legal, operational, and financial documentation
  • Assist with post-acquisition integration and strategic finance initiatives
  • Contribute to process improvements and ad hoc analysis for senior leadership

Requirements:

  • CPA or CPA track preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in Big 4 Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Audit, Deal Advisory, or similar
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and financial analysis
  • Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
  • Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Preferred Experience:
  • Exposure to M&A, private equity, corporate finance, or real estate transactions
  • Familiarity with diligence processes and data room management
  • Interest in corporate development and strategic finance

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
