Seeking a Logistics Manager based in Raleigh, NC, or willing to relocate, to lead the routing design and systems governance for the Parts-Delivered-Quick network.
- Own and optimize OMS routing logic to ensure reliable delivery ETAs, stability, and cost efficiency.
- Lead a small team, develop scalable SOPs, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve network performance.
- Manage transition from legacy systems like AS400, overseeing routing structure updates, new hub launches, and operational readiness.
- Establish KPIs and performance monitoring to ensure route integrity and continuous improvement.
- Bring 7+ years in transportation, logistics, or network design, with experience in routing systems, analytics, and change management.
- Preferred skills include experience with legacy transitions, Power BI/SQL, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
Work is hybrid with occasional travel; candidate must be local or willing to relocate.
