POSITION: Manager, Learning & Development
COMPENSATION: Pursuant to Colorado regulations, if this job is performed in Colorado, the salary range is $83,000 - $93,000 plus bonus potential. Eligible to participate in the company benefits plan. We offer health, vision, dental, and pet insurance. We offer a 401(k) retirement plan, student loan assistance, licensing and continuing education reimbursement, parental leave, and housing allowances or gifts.
LOCATION: Remote eligible. Note: Candidates residing within 25 miles of our Denver HQ are expected to work in the office 2 days per week.

SUMMARY
The Manager, Learning & Development plays a critical role in executing Cardinal Group’s strategic vision by bridging business leaders, project sponsors, and operations. This position leads the end-to-end strategy, design, and deployment of innovative learning and talent development solutions that boost workforce productivity. As Cardinal drives toward an AI-powered, hospitality-focused future, this leader actively leverages emerging learning technologies and AI tools to scale impact, refine processes, and create modern learning experiences across the organization.
