Description

TheSystemManager,LanguageAccessServicesisresponsiblefortheday-to-daymanagement,coordination,andqualityassuranceofinterpretationandtranslationservicesacrossEmoryHealthcare.Thisroleoverseesfrontlinestaffandoperationalworkflowstoensure24/7languageaccesscompliance,servicedeliveryexcellence,andsupportforpatientswithLimitedEnglishProficiency (LEP)orothercommunicationbarriers. TheManagerplaysacriticalleadershiproleininterpretertraining,workflowoptimization,regulatorycompliance,andpartnershipwithclinicalandnon-clinicalteamsacrossthehealthcaresystem.ThispositionreportstotheSystemDirector,LanguageAccessServicesandensuresthatalllanguageservicesalignwithorganizationalstandards,federalregulations,andpatientexperiencepriorities.
