Location: Maui Brewing Co. Kaanapali
Salary: $65k to $75k (DOE) $2,000 sign-on bonus available for candidates hired directly through MBC (not through a recruiter).

As a Front of House Manager, youll play a vital role in our business growth. Were seeking an individual who understands that success in this role hinges on the ability to lead and inspire our front-of-house team, ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality. Your main focus will be on managing and empowering our team members to consistently deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead by example in training and empowering hourly staff to excel in their roles, fostering a culture of growth and accountability. • Oversee front-of-house operations with precision and care, ensuring seamless service delivery. • Maintain high cleanliness standards to uphold excellence throughout the establishment. • Proactively address guest concerns to guarantee satisfaction and enhance the dining experience. • Foster smooth communication and collaboration with our kitchen team to ensure seamless operations and consistent service quality.
