These functions may include applications, infrastructure, IT operations, customer/business relationship management and project management. May oversee other people managers and individual contributors on multiple teams.Principle ResponsibilitiesOperations & Customer ManagementPerforms at both a strategic and practical level, providing communication and guidance to executives to ensure program and project success.Drives strategy in aligning business processes and information technology.Manages customer/business relationships by negotiating service, solving problems and resolving conflict.Builds relationships with system-wide leaders and executives.Implements work prioritization processes to balance resource requirements and determine staffing needs.Oversees ITIL processes and ensure they are understood and followed by staff.People ManagementManages teams of both people managers and individual contributors.Implements development plans, provide annual performance reviews and on-going feedback, develop current and future leaders.Recruits and retains employees, develop action plans for employee engagement.Manages, resolves team and employee conflict.Project ManagementOversees project documents including budget, timelines and charters.Monitors team performance against milestones, advise IT executive team on implementation changes.Financial ManagementManages to an operating budget that may include multiple team budgets.Appropriately plan capital needs based on business strategy.Provides input into division budget, may provide feedback on overall IT annual budget.Other duties as assigned.Required QualificationsMust be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description5+ years experience in ITPreferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or Business5+ years experience in healthcare IT3+ years experience in managing employees, preferably in IT and/or health care, experience in managing other people managersPhysical DemandsSedentary:Lifting weight up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequentlyPay RangePay Range: $63.54 to $87.91 per hour. The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience and education.
