Overview:
The Logistics Inventory Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory levels and maintaining accurate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory counts. Managing members in day-to-day department activities, ensuring MOBIS policies and procedures are carried out to achieve established business company goals and objectives in an automotive manufacturing environment.

Inventory Managing
- Communicate to HQ members to report inventory levels, quantities, and values
- Maintain inventory accuracy on the system with physical counts
- Implement regular physical counting and investigate the gap reason and adjustment
- Execute inventory analysis regularly (Slow-moving inventory, Obsolete, GR/GI, Aging)
- Perform daily cycle count to make sure proper inventory levels are maintained for daily production requirements
- Analyze inventory levels to find the critical stock level and communicate with purchasing groups
- Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, inventory adjustment, and block
- Managing OS&D movement and scrap/return to vendor
- Managing New model event parts
- Investigate long-term inventory and verify the reason
- Managing consignment parts and verifying GR/GI Qty with Customer and supplier
- Managing HAWA parts inventory accuracy (Direct ship to HMGMA)
- Packaging improvement for CKD parts
- SAP and PDA system improvement
- Managing incoming material discrepancies and claims
- Improve incoming discrepancies with the supplier
- Meet all other duties assigned

Qualifications:

Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
- 8 or more years of related experience in a complex and diversified high-volume manufacturing environment within the automotive industry
- 6 or more years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal skills in problem solving and conflict resolution
- Must be an effective communicator with the ability to motivate subordinates
- Strong ability to take decisive action in a fast-paced environment
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- SAP desired (MM)
- Must be fluent in Korean and English, written and spoken languages

Working Conditions:
- Position hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- Overtime and weekends as needed
- Traversing around the production floor
- Occasional travel as needed
