About the Role:
The Manager, Internal Communications is a senior strategic partner to the Director of Internal Communications, helping drive enterprise-wide communication strategies that build alignment, deepen engagement, and support business outcomes. This role requires someone who thinks and writes at a high level, brings strong organizational instincts, and can move seamlessly between long-range communications planning and the day-to-day execution that makes strategies real.

- Partner with the Director of Internal Communications to develop and execute communication strategies aligned to enterprise priorities, ensuring consistent coordination with cross-functional stakeholders and alignment on messaging across initiatives
- Support the creation and maintenance of comprehensive communications plans, contributing to message development and ensuring narrative consistency across leadership communications and company-wide efforts
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of internal events and high-impact associate experiences in partnership with the events partner of record, including all-company meetings, Company Connects, town halls, leadership forums, and celebratory events
- Align stakeholders throughout the event planning process, draft and refine executive narratives, provide creative direction for senior-level content, and ensure each experience reflects the company’s voice and strategic priorities
- Assist in developing and tracking executive editorial content plans while occasionally creating content to support senior-level communications efforts
- Collaborate with editorial teams to ensure content is appropriately segmented and relevant for diverse audiences, delivering the right messages to the right audiences at the right time
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience
- 5 years minimum related work experience
- Experience in internal or corporate communications in a large, matrixed organization
- Strong writing skills with demonstrated ability to develop executive-level content and leadership narratives
- Background in communications planning, editorial strategy, and multi-channel content management
- Experience supporting or leading internal event planning and executive production
- High comfort with ambiguity, competing priorities, and fast-moving environments
- Collaborative and service-oriented, with excellent stakeholder management skills
