The Manager, Indirect Procurement is a key member of QXO's world-class procurement organization, responsible for leading sourcing initiatives and advancing category strategies across indirect spend areas. This role delivers measurable business value through strategic sourcing, supplier management, and data-driven insights, while partnering closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
Beyond cost optimization, this role focuses on building scalable procurement capabilities, enhancing operational efficiency, mitigating risk, and strengthening supplier partnerships. The Manager serves as a trusted advisor and plays a critical role in shaping procurement excellence across the enterprise.
