What You'll Be Developing & Doing:
- Support daily operations while learning how to run a high-performing, customer-focused location.
- Partner in hiring, training, and coaching team members to consistently exceed sales goals and deliver standout service.
- Learn to maximize revenue across memberships, retail, and services by strengthening your sales strategy and team accountability.
- Help maintain a clean, welcoming, and high-energy environment that keeps customers coming back.
- Develop skills in tracking KPIs, managing budgets, overseeing cash handling, and understanding the numbers that drive success.
- Support local marketing efforts and community engagement to increase traffic and build brand awareness.
