Job Description and Duties
Under the general direction of the Deputy Secretary, Fiscal Policy and Administration at the Business Consumer Services Agency (BCSA), the Manager II leads the Administrative Services Unit (ASU) and is responsible for a wide range of administrative functions including, but not limited to: Accounting, Budgets, Contracts, Procurement, Facilities Managements, Forms and Records Management and special projects. The position is a member of the BCSA leadership team. The incumbent also directs, coaches, and develops the staff of the ASU to ensure performance is high, expectations are met and team morale is maintained.

Working Conditions
To be eligible for this position, you must reside in California. The position is headquartered in Sacramento and may qualify for a hybrid telework arrangement-one day of telework per week and four days in the office-based on the BCSA Telework Policy or applicable employment terms and conditions.

Special Requirements
Conflict of Interest (COI): This position is subject to Title 16, section 3830 of the California Code of Regulations, the Department of Consumer Affairs' Conflict of Interest Regulations. The incumbent is required to submit a Statement of Economic Interests (Form 700) within 30 days of assuming office, annually by April 1, and within 30 days of leaving office.

STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS (SOQ) must be submitted with your application.
