Title: Manager, Identity and Access Management
Job Location: 401 Merritt 7, Norwalk, CT 06851 [REMOTE POSITION]
DESCRIPTION:
Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) program within Xerox Cyber Security organization. The qualified candidate is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects and delivering high-quality security solutions. This role involves managing a team, collaborating with multiple stakeholders including business, IT, and other Cyber Security professionals for building and deploying effective IAM technologies, solutions, and processes across the enterprise.
Primary Responsibilities:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field of study, plus two (2) years of experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain and IT services. In lieu of Master's degree plus two (2) years of experience, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field of study, plus five (5) years of experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain and IT services.
Minimum skills required: Must have experience with Saviynt IGA development experience and project implementation knowledge. Must have experience in the development phase for one or more of the Saviynt components - Build warehouse, Access Request System (ARS), Rules Management, User Provisioning, Access Certification, Identity Analytics, Segregation of Duties. Must have demonstrated knowledge of the following modules in Saviynt IAM tool: Application Onboarding (Provisioning/De-provisioning), Birthright Provisioning, Application Workflows, Analytics- Reporting Services and Delegation. Must have demonstrated knowledge of the configuring of security workflows in the Saviynt IAM tool; configuring birthright rules for the user onboarding workflows; and creation of XML jobs in Saviynt IAM tool. Must have experience in one or more programming languages: Java, C++. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
SALARY RANGE: $224,453.00 - $252,250.00 per year
