About the Opportunity
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The Behavioral Health & Recovery Department is looking for a Manager I/II (Collaborative Courts) for the newly created Collaborative Courts Division of the Adult System of Care (ASOC). This Division was created to ensure improved coordinated entry into Behavioral Health care for Stanislaus County residents who are involved in the legal system. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience working with individuals with behavioral health disorders. The person should have experience supervising others and managing program operations.

THE POSITION
This position will report directly to the Collaborative Courts Manager III and will work under the direction of Chief of the Adult System of Care. This position will work closely with the other Adult System of Care coordinators and manager as well as other BHRS leadership.
Under the direction of the ASOC Chief, this position will monitor and manage the Reintegration Support Team, SUD/MH Diversion assessments and Prop 36 referrals. The position will also provide oversight and support to the Department's Collaborative Court programs.

Unless otherwise provided, this position is part of the Unclassified Service of the County and considered "at will" for labor relations purposes. The individual selected will participate in the Stanislaus County Pay-for-Performance program, as well as receive additional benefits.

Incumbents may also be subject to overtime, standby, callback, weekend, holiday and shift assignments as identified in their MOU (Memorandum of Understanding).
