The Manager, HRIS provides strategic leadership and hands-on management of Bel’s Human Resources Information System, with a primary focus on Oracle HCM Cloud. This role is responsible for project management of the global Oracle implementation, ensuring successful deployment, integration, and optimization of HR technology solutions. The Manager, HRIS drives system enhancements, ensures data integrity and compliance across all business units, and delivers process improvements that support Bel’s business objectives. The role requires deep expertise in Oracle HRIS, extensive experience in end-to-end implementations, and strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and influence HR technology strategy. Are You Looking to: Provide strategic + hands-on HRIS leadership with primary ownership of Oracle HCM Cloud across Bel. Lead the global Oracle HCM Cloud implementation end-to-end (planning, execution, testing, deployment, post-go-live), managing scope/timeline/budget. Translate HR and business goals into system requirements, maintain an HRIS roadmap, and drive continuous process/system improvements. Oversee Oracle administration (maintenance, optimization, security, configuration troubleshooting) and manage integrations with other enterprise systems. Ensure data integrity, privacy, and compliance with global standards and regulations (e.g., GDPR/CCPA) through strong controls and procedures. Deliver reporting, dashboards, and analytics to leaders, partnering with HR/IT/Finance and vendors to streamline and automate workflows.
