Job Description
This role is a key driver for HRs configuration, maintenance, and support for our legacy HCM and advises on the broader HR technology stack and future HR technology roadmap. The Manager, HRIS leads a team of technologists and analysts responsible for deploying, implementing, and evolving modern digital tools, and enhancing capabilities using existing systems. This role contributes to the strategic roadmap for the digital HR experience by partnering with stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and Operations, and plays a critical role in planning and executing Dominos transition from the legacy HCM to a new HCM over the next 35 years.
