Job Summary/Purpose

In addition to these skills, this role will focus on project management of HR imperatives to include Power Development Strong and new growth (to include decommissioning); This position will support a customer base while also be the project manager for complex and high impact projects.
The employee will need to successfully manage all aspects and stages of a project to include initial planning, management and completion of project within designated timelines and budget. This position will create and manage long and short-term specific plans with actions and due dates, create and lead a team that does not directly report to you, overcome obstacles, ensure stakeholder satisfaction and communication, vertically and horizontally in the organization (HR and the Business Stakeholders), and successfully execute on project performance.
This position will need to role model influence as they will not have direct reports and will need to accomplish tasks that are owned by other groups and teams.
