What you'll do:
Partner with region leaders to understand business objectives and deliver HR strategies that support organizational growth.
Support talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with leadership on succession planning and talent development initiatives.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to support decision-making and improve employee engagement and high employee opinion survey results.
Lead or support organizational change management initiatives.
ManagingField Human Resources Operations for exempt and non-exempt teams in a non-union environment
Investigate employee issues and conflicts
Ensure organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Actively manage organizational talent, workforce planning processes, and succession planning
Participate in organization-wide HR initiatives including leadership and employer of choice effort.
Demonstrated ability to lead Engagement and Retention initiatives
Effectively manage communication plans and HR strategy for annual HR processes (e.g. Performance Management, Salary Planning, Talent Reviews)
Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation, employee and labor relations guidance, and day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
Coordinate with Center of Excellence team managing leave of absence processes and transitional duty process.
Facilitate resolution of payroll and timekeeping administration issues
Provide guidance and compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers
Partner with Regional Safety Managers to ensure the effectiveness of company safety programs and initiatives
Partner with Regional Vice President's and Director of Operations implementing HR strategies
Participates in Region meetings, Safety meetings, Field HR meetings and other meetings as appropriate.

What you'll bring:
A minimum of 8 years of full-scope human resources management experience is required, with related industry experience preferred
Prior work experience with a Fortune 500 company that is well known for HR practices, preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or Human Resources or related field preferred
Demonstrated leadership skills and process orientation
Strong business acumen and analytical mindset with the ability to lead, implement, and facilitate change.
Strong employee relations background required, with union avoidance experience a plus
Strong project management skills
Experience working in changing environments, managing complexity, and driving change
Strong influencing and coaching skills. Proven experience in developing and coaching a team that you support
Ability to be effective in a highly matrixed environment
Experience communicating with and influencing all levels of the organization
Demonstrated successful experience in working in a demanding, high-performance work environment and team-oriented culture
Must be able to think and act strategically, but also be willing to “roll-up sleeves" for all HR functions
Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
HR Certification - SHRM or HRCI preferred
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V lookup, etc.)
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast changing, high growth environment
