Job Details

We are seeking a senior electrical systems leader to take ownership of the electrical scope within a rapidly growing product platform. This role combines engineering leadership, operational ownership, manufacturing integration, and deployment execution to ensure electrical systems are scalable, repeatable, cost-effective, and aligned with long-term product strategy.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience delivering mission-critical electrical infrastructure and understands how to bridge design, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, and operations into a standardized delivery model.

Responsibilities
Own electrical system performance, deployment consistency, cost structure, and profitability across an assigned product line
Lead the development and continuous improvement of the electrical operating model
Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineering, manufacturing, construction, and project leadership professionals
Drive alignment between engineering intent, manufacturing execution, and field deployment activities
Influence electrical distribution architecture, grounding strategies, utility interfaces, switchgear design, UPS systems, generators, and commissioning approaches
Partner with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, construction, and operational teams to improve product standardization and deployment efficiency
Support integration of electrical systems into repeatable manufacturing environments
Lead deployment and commissioning efforts during critical project execution phases
Establish feedback loops that convert field lessons learned into product improvements
Improve scalability, predictability, profitability, and operational performance across the product line
Support long-term product and electrical infrastructure strategy development

Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience within commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or high-reliability electrical environments
Demonstrated ownership of electrical systems from design through deployment
Experience leading electrical engineering, construction, manufacturing, or commissioning teams
Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, grounding, bonding, and electrical distribution systems
Experience with switchgear, generators, UPS systems, utility coordination, and commissioning activities
Experience managing budgets, cost performance, margins, or large-scale financial responsibility
Ability to evaluate electrical drawings, specifications, and one-line diagrams
Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications
Data center experience
Mission-critical facility experience
Modular construction experience
Prefabrication or manufacturing-based delivery experience
Professional Engineer (PE)
Master Electrician certification
Experience scaling repeatable infrastructure products
Experience reducing deployment variability and driving operational standardization
