The Global Licensing Merchandise Manager, International Sales is a strategic, revenue-driving role embedded within the International Sales & Licensing organization. This position integrates merchandising expertise directly into the wholesale structure to strengthen global execution, accelerate growth, and support international business development initiatives.
This internal transition enhances cross-functional alignment while positioning the international business for scalable expansion across wholesale, licensing, sourcing, and brand development initiatives.

Key Deliverables:
-    Improved sell-through performance across international wholesale accounts

-    Optimized regional assortments aligned to market demand

-    Primary point of contact between Dallas and NYC based international sales team, will recap all market appointments with detailed action points 
2. Business Development (Wholesale, Licensing & Brand)
•    Play an integral role in international business development strategy
•    Support expansion of wholesale accounts, distributors, and licensing partnerships
•    Evaluate new market and category opportunities for growth potential
•    Partner cross-functionally on key product sourcing initiatives
•    Ensure seamless integration of new partners aligned to brand standards

3. Post-Market Product Transition & Licensee Coordination

 


•    Serve as the primary point person between the Global Merchandising team and the International Wholesale organization following market appointments
•    Ensure seamless transition of product decisions from merchandising strategy into wholesale sales execution
•    Manage post-market follow-ups and implementation related to tech packs and distribution / coordination with international licensees / partners
•    Maintain communication between merchandising, product development, licensing partners, and wholesale teams to ensure product readiness

•    Timely completion and distribution of post-market tech pack updates and documentation to licensing partners
•    Smooth handoff from merchandising to wholesale execution following market appointments
•    Improved product readiness timelines and operational clarity for international partners
4. Cross-Functional Leadership
•    Bridge International Sales, Merchandising, Product Development, and Planning
•    Represent international market needs in seasonal line architecture
•    Improve communication flow, decision-making speed, and execution clarity
