    The Manager, Global Delivery Capabilities (GDC) supports the design and implementation of global workforce delivery models across the firm. This role partners with functional leaders to operationalize onshore, nearshore, and offshore strategies aligned to enterprise priorities. The incumbent translates strategic direction into actionable plans, provides data-driven insights, and supports execution of scalable workforce solutions. This position is ideal for a strong operator who can collaborate across functions and drive progress in a complex, matrixed environment.

    What You'll Do:

    • Support the design and implementation of onshore and offshore workforce models in partnership with functional leaders.
    • Translate enterprise workforce strategy into actionable plans for specific functions or programs.
    • Conduct analysis on workforce performance, cost, and capacity to inform delivery model decisions.
    • Partner with sourcing and vendor teams to support contract execution, vendor performance, and service delivery.
    • Assist in developing and refining workforce strategies aligned with transformation initiatives.
    • Monitor and report on delivery model performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and scaling.
    • Support governance processes to ensure consistency, risk management, and sustainability of workforce models.
    • Prepare materials and insights for leadership presentations and decision-making.
    • Collaborate across Digital, Operations, Finance, HR, and other functions to align delivery efforts.
    • Build working relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders to support delivery outcomes.

    Preferred Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • 6-10 years' experience supporting workforce transformation, outsourcing, or operating model initiatives; exposure to global delivery environments or vendor-based delivery models.
    • Working knowledge of global workforce delivery models (onshore, nearshore, offshore).
    • Understanding of operating model design principles and workforce planning concepts.
    • Familiarity with sourcing strategies, vendor management, and service delivery frameworks.
    • Awareness of functional operations such as Digital, Data, Finance, Compliance, or HR.
    • Knowledge of workforce transformation or process improvement initiatives.

    Minimum Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • 3-5 years' experience supporting workforce transformation, outsourcing, or operating model initiatives; exposure to global delivery environments or vendor-based delivery models.
    • Ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority.
    • Ability to work in a team-based or matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
    • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.

    Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
