Manager Full Time

We are seeking candidates who bring at least 1–2 years of prior food management experience, ideally within the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry , to help lead our team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig’s parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family’s beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin, and began serving ButterBurgers® and Frozen Custard.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage daily restaurant operations with confidence and care
• Ensure a smooth shift by supervising and coaching team members to meet service and food quality standards
• Foster a high-performing, guest-focused team through effective role modeling and hands-on leadership
• Oversee food safety, cleanliness, and operational compliance at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum of 1–2 years of previous food management experience (required)
• Experience in QSR or fast-paced restaurant environments (preferred)
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• ServSafe certification (preferred)
• A friendly, guest-first attitude and positive energy
