Your Role: The Front of House Manager ensures consistent execution of daily operations by leading shifts, coaching team members, and upholding Chick-fil-A's standards of excellence. This role drives both guest experience and team development — overseeing FOH systems, managing leader accountability, and aligning every shift with the mission and values of Colleyville Blvd. & Main Chick-fil-A. The FOH Manager helps the restaurant win today while building the team that will drive long-term growth.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Serve as Leader on Duty, overseeing all front of house operations across dining room, drive-thru, and front counter.
• Directly coach and develop FOH Team Leaders and team members through real-time feedback.
• Manage cash accountability, labor, scheduling, and operational metrics.
• Champion food safety culture and maintain elite cleanliness across all guest-facing areas.
• Collaborate with Directors to solve operational challenges and continuously improve the guest experience.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of high-potential team members.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• A proven leader with experience managing people in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Operationally strong — able to hold standards while developing others.
• Highly accountable, with the ability to hold the team accountable without losing trust.
• A clear communicator who is equally comfortable coaching a team member or presenting to leadership.
• Experience in restaurant management preferred; Chick-fil-A experience a plus.
• Deep alignment with Chick-fil-A's mission, values, and culture.
