The Manager, Franchise Economics is a newly established, high-impact role responsible for establishing and leading the franchisee financial intelligence capability across Authority Brands' portfolio of 15+ franchise brands. Sitting within the Finance organization and reporting to the Director of FP&A, this role will own the processes, governance, and cross-functional coordination required to capture, standardize, and analyze franchisee P&L data, while partnering with FP&A analysts for recurring reporting and analytics support. The role is equal parts technical, analytical, and strategic - requiring someone who can master system data, surface insights, and influence cross-functional partners to drive measurable improvements in franchisee financial health.
