How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Optimize the Staffing Pipeline: Keep our workforce agile. You'll track agency spend, contract labor utilization, and onboarding timelines to ensure we are hiring efficiently and managing labor costs effectively.
  • Forecast Capacity & Demand: Stay ahead of the curve by analyzing patient throughput, daily census trends, and length of stay (LOS) to accurately predict future bed capacity and staffing needs.
  • Tell the Story Behind the Data: Translate complex numbers into actionable strategy. You'll design dynamic Power BI or Tableau dashboards that clearly communicate workforce metrics and operational constraints to our leadership team.
  • Drive Financial Stewardship: Act as a guardian of our resources by analyzing labor variances against operational budgets to uncover meaningful cost-saving opportunities.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate''s

degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific

experience required.

  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
