The Manager of FP&A for eCommerce Marketplace supports high-growth digital platform financials through insights, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
Partnering with Marketplace, Supply Chain, Operations, and Technology leaders, they connect key drivers like seller growth, GMV, take rate, and fulfillment mix to financial outcomes.
The role involves performance analysis, executive reporting, and modernizing finance processes via automation, KPI governance, and AI workflows.
They develop financial models, support strategic initiatives, and lead performance reviews to inform decision-making.
Ideal candidates have FP&A experience in eCommerce or retail, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with BI tools like Power BI.
Preferred qualifications include leadership experience and a Master’s degree.
Salary ranges from $60,000 to $110,000 plus bonuses and benefits.
