Your Opportunity

Manager, Management Reporting

The Management Reporting team develops, governs, and delivers internal and external financial and client-metric reporting that enables data-driven decision-making for executive leadership, senior management, and the Board of Directors. External reporting includes monthly activity, growth in client assets and accounts, and asset management and administration fee metrics. In addition, the team partners closely with technology teams and other stakeholders to enhance data quality, strengthen controls, and advance business intelligence capabilities and self-service analytics.

The Manager will partner with key stakeholders to understand and analyze business performance and changes and will collaborate with technology groups to redesign and improve reporting processes, controls, and deliverables.

What you'll do:

  • Plan, organize, and deliver internal and external financial and client metrics reports and presentations.
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and overall quality of reported metrics while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve reporting and metric issues; document findings and recommended policies/procedures for review and approval.
  • Design, build, and maintain automated reporting models to support business and operational changes.
  • Respond to stakeholder questions by providing clear explanations of reporting results, definitions, and drivers.
  • Support ad hoc initiatives such as benchmarking, research, and executive-ready presentations.

What you have

  • Bachelor's degree required (BA/BS).
  • 5+ years of experience in financial/management reporting, financial analysis, and/or accounting (audit experience a plus).
  • Experience in brokerage and/or financial services is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting, and financial reporting/planning principles.
  • Experience with PlanIt/TM1 and PeopleSoft (or similar enterprise reporting systems/applications).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat or similar tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
