Leads the accounting team responsible for accurate processing of Financial Operations, Reporting, Month-End, Budgeting, and Accounts Payable.
Supports process improvements within the Ambulatory division and acts as a liaison between Physician Business Operations and Operations Management for timely billing, reconciliation, and reporting.
Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least seven years of healthcare accounting and finance experience, with preferred experience in Ambulatory, FQHC, or healthcare grants.
Strong leadership, communication, and process enhancement skills are essential.
