We serve more than 3.5 million individual, small business and institutional clients across 19 countries.Job Description Responsible for driving results by executing change management plans for Advice & Wealth Management (AWM) field change initiatives. This includes working with AWM business partners and implementation teams to develop plans, capture execution milestones, coordinate communication, training, support, program/technology rollouts, and execute against these milestones.Key Responsibilities Partner with key business, field leadership, communications, training and other stakeholders to develop field change strategies for assigned projects.Create pilot/implementation plans and work closely with field members and field-facing resources to ensure execution of initiatives and pilots.Manage detailed tactical implementation plans ensuring dates are met and initiative is implemented on time.Work with business partners to evaluate the level of change a program/initiative will have in the field.Monitor implementation plans to ensure prioritization of key initiatives and dates, bundling and coordination of like-projects for greater field uptake, development of implementation strategies and follow-up mechanisms.Determine required resources and corporate office contacts to successfully execute plan.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent and minimum 5‑7 years of relevant experience.Ability to work independently on initiatives while also working with a team to drive results.Ability to create and implement change, drive results, and hold others accountable.Outstanding relationship management, negotiation and collaboration skills to engage all levels and through various communications.Demonstrated ability to influence colleagues at same band level and higher in the organization.Proven project management skills, taking initiatives from concept to deep execution, follow‑through and measurement.Preferred Qualifications Desire and proven ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, balancing multiple deliverables and competing timelines consistently.Familiarity/knowledge of Ameriprise Financial field organization and advisor job, including business drivers, policies and processes.Experience executing in and working with both corporate and field audiences at Ameriprise.Ability to create and execute with appropriate autonomy.Strategic focus with ability to translate vision into tactical actions.Compensation and Benefits The estimated base salary for this role is $98,000 - $122,000 per year. Total compensation may vary based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Most roles are eligible for variable pay in bonus, commissions and/or long‑term incentives.
