Job title: Family Services Manager
The Family Services Manager supervises Early Head Start/Head Start employees in the planning and implementation of the Early Head Start/Head Start program; manages a designated district(s) with specific sites in the context of a management team. Oversees services provided by the EHS-HS team to enrolled children and their families. Services include screening, assessment, individualization, prenatal/child outcomes tracking and coordination of overall comprehensive child development, mental health, disabilities, nutrition, health, parent involvement and family development.

Bachelor's degree required- Early Childhood Education, Family Studies, or related field
Minimum of 2 years experience is required, including:
Social services experience, including case management
Supervision Experience
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
Ability to speak, write, and read Spanish is required
Possess an insured & registered vehicle and a valid AZ driver's license.
Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card - OR - must qualify for a valid Arizona Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
DES Criminal Affidavit Required
AZ DHS Criminal History Affidavit Required
FPC DPS Verification Required
