In this leadership role, you'll oversee Maintenance, Life Safety, Regulatory Compliance, Emergency Response, and Grounds Operations while helping drive innovation through predictive maintenance and AI-powered technologies. You'll collaborate with leaders across the health system to manage capital projects, maintain regulatory compliance, improve operational efficiency, and support the long-term success of our facilities.
What You'll Do:
- Lead maintenance, life safety, regulatory compliance, emergency response, and grounds operations
- Manage preventive maintenance programs and critical digital documentation
- Coordinate facility upgrades, capital projects, and building system improvements
- Support regulatory readiness and accreditation compliance
- Collaborate with engineering, construction, and system leaders to improve operations across multiple facilities
- Help develop budgets, prepare reports, and implement innovative maintenance strategies
What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field) preferred
- Hospital facilities, maintenance, engineering, or construction management experience preferred
