Overview
The Manager Facilities and Plant Operations is responsible for the day-to-day Plant Operations and Facility maintenance at UF Health Durbin Park Hospital.
Responsibilities • Repairing, maintaining, and operating systems and equipment • Leading the supervision of Plant Operations • Identifying and initiating directives • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule contracted services • Maintenance and monitoring of building automation system
Qualifications
Education: Associates degree required, or four or more years in a maintenance supervisor role.
Experience: At least 3 years of facilities supervisor experience required.
Certification: Certified Hospital Facility Manager (CHFM) preferred.
