Description

**POSITION:** This position has holistic responsibility to ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations and drive the DrinkPAK. This position is also responsible for ensuring compliance with all governmental agency (e.g., DOT, OSHA, NFPA, and EPA) regulations, training, and any other requirements by such agencies, our insurance companies, and company requirements. The EHS Manager will serve as a subject matter expert on all safety, compliance, regulatory and related insurance requirements. **LOCATION:** The position is based at DrinkPAK's headquarters in Santa Clarita, California facility. **BENEFITS:** The wellbeing of our team members and their families is critically important to us. Track and control inventory of safety supplies and equipment and work with department managers to keep adequate safety supplies on-hand. Serves as a safety/compliance liaison with outside organizations. May represent the Company as primary contact with worker's compensation and property and loss carriers. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without prior notice.***QUALIFICATIONS**Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Occupational Health or related field or equivalent work experience. 5 to 10 years of experience in EHS within a manufacturing environment. Experience in Food & Beverage is a plus.Experience developing the EHS function is preferred.Extensive knowledge of OSHA, DOT, NFPA, EPA, and other governmental regulations and laws including OSHA 300 logs and requirements by our insurance providers.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and managerial skills. Ability to set long-term goals and communicate them to others. Ability to motivate and organize multiple efforts to accomplish goals.Proven experience motivating and inspiring a team to achieve industry-leading performance.
