As a Manager at Culver's, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team, ensure top-notch guest experiences, and be part of a loving and enthusiastic work culture.

Job Summary

• Run shifts effectively to maintain quality products and guest service
• Ensure guests receive quality products promptly
• Coach team on safety best practices
• Empower team to handle guest comments effectively
• Maintain proper inventory levels and product quality control

Qualifications

• Experience: One 2 yrs in a supervisory position
• Characteristics: Organized, good communicator, management oriented
• Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits available

Physical Abilities

• Stand and walk constantly
• Lift/carry items ranging from 10 to 100 lbs
