Key Responsibilities

• Workforce Management: Lead staffing, sourcing, onboarding, and scheduling to build a motivated and passionate team.
• Create and implement recruitment strategies aligned with Smoothie King’s mission.
• Organize shifts to balance team and guest needs effectively.
• Learning and Development: Empower team members through tailored training and mentorship to ensure operational excellence.
