The Manager of Donor & Community Engagement supports the maintenance of strategic and beneficial relationships with the donors and partners of Tanner Medical Foundation and Tanner Health in support of sustained philanthropic support. This role is responsible for raising visibility of the Tanner Foundation and supporting donor pipeline development and stewardship through coordinating and implementing successful donor stewardship, fundraising, and community engagement events throughout the Tanner Health service areas. This position also assists with various fundraising efforts to support the gift officer team. Additionally, this position assists the Foundation with non-fundraising events such as donor cultivation events, campaign events, physician-initiated events, and philanthropically funded donor events.
Required Knowledge & Skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Experience: Five years of related experience. Requires broad knowledge of complex systems and procedures.

*Requires excellent oral and written communication skills.
*Experience with Raiser's Edge software is beneficial.
