We are seeking a Distribution Manager who leads with a people-first mindset and a deep commitment to safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. This role oversees all warehouse functions-including inbound, outbound, inventory control, storage, and rework-ensuring our teams are supported, our processes are efficient, and our customer and quality commitments are consistently met.

The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $100,250 and $131,250. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
