Remote Candidates will be required to work EST or CST time zonesWhat we are looking for:The Manager, Digital Media will be responsible for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across major digital advertising platforms, including paid search, paid social, and programmatic, as applicable to client needs. This role oversees the day-to-day performance of client accounts, contributes to paid media strategy, and manages a small team of direct reports. This a hands‑on platform role that also includes client management and team management.The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor with growing leadership experience who can manage campaigns independently, support junior team members, and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional partners to drive performance.What you will be doing:Develop/contribute to and implement paid media strategies across multiple platformsBuild and manage complex campaigns, including dynamic ads and other scalable media structures aligned to longer consideration cycles and multi-touch journeysSet up and manage testing methodologies to optimize new campaign structures, bid strategies, creatives, and other elements before scalingOversee the media budget allocation and ensure efficient use of spend to maximize campaign effectivenessReport regularly on campaign performance, providing actionable insights, and recommendations for improvementAnalyze data and performance metrics to optimize campaigns for ROI, engagement, and other key KPIsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams, including creative, analytics, and account management, to align media efforts with overall marketing strategiesAdvise clients on best practices, strategies, and emerging trends in paid search and digital advertisingManage and mentor a team of 1‑2 paid search specialists, ensuring continuous development and improvementPrioritize and manage team efforts and resources to exceed client deliverablesProject manage complex campaign tasks and ensure timely deliveryBuild and standardize processes for campaign execution, optimization, and reporting to ensure operational efficiencyStay current with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in paid search and digital advertisingWho you are:4–6 years of experience working in digital advertising, preferably within a performance marketing agency or in‑house marketing team4–6 years of strong hands‑on experience managing paid search (Google/Bing) campaigns; experience with paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit) and/or programmatic advertising is required as applicable to account scope1–2 years of experience managing and developing a team of 1–3 peoplePrior experience overseeing or mentoring junior team members; formal people management experience is a plusProven ability to manage campaigns independently and optimize performance based on data and insightsStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendationsEffective communicator with clients and internal stakeholdersStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesProven ability to prioritize and allocate resources to meet client expectations and deliverablesExceptional project management skills with experience managing complex tasks with conflicting prioritiesExcellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skillsExperience with enterprise‑level clients preferredExperience with B2B preferredAdditional InformationSalary starting at $85,000/yr, based on skills and experiencePaid time off that includes Unlimited Vacation Time, Annual Sick Days, Mental Health Days, and HolidaysDental, Vision, and Health Insurance401(k) with a company match programPaid Parental LeaveOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
