Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s degree. A minimum of three years of professional right-of-way experience is required, to include experience in right-of-way acquisition or eminent domain or property appraisal or budget preparation or relocation or business damage claims is required. Additional related work experience may substitute for education on a year for year basis. Proof of education and work experience to meet minimum qualifications must be presented and will be verified.
Recruitment Notes
This position will supervise and manage all right-of-way acquisition activities, including appraiser selections and reports, coordinating administrative settlements and right-of-way closings, eminent domain activities, conducting meetings and negotiations, approving right-of-way certifications, creating, and maintaining detailed schedules and cost estimates for right-of-way acquisition projects.
