Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree. Four years of progressively responsible experience to include supervisory experience in the diagnosis, maintenance and repair of electronic systems are required. Additional related experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Proof of education and work experience to meet minimum qualifications must be presented and will be verified.

This is a managerial position directing/planning activities of the Transit System Development Department of Transportation and Public Works (DTPW). An employee in this class is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the development of short and long-range transit system plans and improvements. This position is responsible for the direction, control and supervision of all activities of the Farebox, Fare Collection, Systems Maintenance, Radio and Lab Repair Work Group Units.
