Description
Your Role:
Manager of Inventory Deployment for Victoria's Secret International leads Inventory Deployment Analysts to support analytics, strategize and execute deployment strategies, and ensure the best inventory levels are supported to maximize sales in Victoria's Secret Franchise businesses around the world
Your Impact:
Lead and manage the Inventory Deployment team in the strategy of buy and deployment processes, partnering with domestic business to incorporate INTL needs into buy and deployment plans
Collaborate with Merchandise Planning, Regional teams, and Merchants to provide insight into opportunities in inventory/sales, hindsight prior and current seasons to provide guidance on future orders and inventory depth opportunities
Partner with Commercial Managers and Regional teams offering insight into inventory actions, risks/opportunities, review and research market call outs and inventory distortion needs
Incorporate market promos/events/holidays into buy and deployment strategies; appropriately partner with domestic deployment team build/debuild inventory levels
Lead the development of published reporting that supports insight into key item inventory levels, DC inbound and outbound expectations, impact to each market's inventory levels, and floorset readiness.
Track and analyze the performance of sales and inventory in each market, making recommendations on potential opportunities including market distortions, size run offerings, insight into size selling, recommendations for size mins and maxes, etc
Supervise new real estate process, ensuring stores have appropriate assortment and size distortions to support sales plan and visual presentation needs, while fitting within store capacity levels
Drive consistency and best practice oversight of inventory management, support S/S goals and ST expectations for each market
Partner with Logistics and Distribution Centers on shipping prioritization, volume projections, real estate store needs, etc.
Provide recommendations to and participate as necessary in CFT meetings, MPC, Floorset Planning and Execution, etc
Communicate with Global Partners; may visit stores to review inventory levels and improve process.
Provide management and supervision of Inventory Deployment team, including goal-setting, coaching, providing development opportunities and evaluating performance.

Minimum Salary: $112,700.00
Maximum Salary: $153,720.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Qualifications
Your Experience:
Bachelor degree in business, finance, statistics, operations or supply chain.
5-7 years of experience in inventory management; merchandising, demand forecasting or space planning.
Strong leadership and team-building skills; supervisory/management experience.
Retail supply chain knowledge
Strong communication and negotiation skills; working with multiple partners to resolve exceptions and negotiate best alternatives.
Manages and motivates people to results; sets challenging standards of achievement; leads others to action
Identifies/influences critical stakeholders; proactively problem solves and recommends solutions
Strong analytical skills; ability to analyze and understand quantitative data
Moderate to advanced experience with Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc
Experience with EDW, SAP, JDA a plus
Understands and executes against business strategy and goals
Strong prioritization skills
