Solo Stove is looking for a Manager of Creator Marketing to join our team, reporting directly to the Director of Social Media & Brand Partnerships. You will be responsible for managing and scaling an evolving creator partnerships program that drives brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition. This role will develop influencer, affiliate, and creator strategies, manage campaigns from concept through execution, and build long‑term relationships with creators across key social and social commerce platforms. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, strong relationship management skills, and a deep understanding of the creator economy. This is a new high‑impact role within the marketing organization, ideal for someone who is passionate for mapping out creator strategy and delivering upon that strategy with a high level of organizational and executional skills.NOTES:This position follows a hybrid schedule, requiring in‑office attendance 2–3 days per week. Our office is located in Grapevine, TX, and to be considered, candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance.The base salary for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 with a 10% annual bonus target.What You'll DoInfluencer & Creator MarketingCoordinate directly with influencers and creators on product seeding, gifting logistics, and campaign participationManage creator communications, shipping timelines, and fulfillment tracking to ensure seamless executionLead end-to-end creator campaigns, including briefing, contracting, content approvals, execution, and reporting.Collaborate with creative, social, PR, paid media, and product teams to ensure integrated campaigns.Ensure compliance with FTC disclosure guidelines and platform requirements.Develop and execute creator marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.Identify creator partnership opportunities across platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging channels.Build annual and quarterly creator marketing plans, budgets, and forecasts.Stay current on creator economy trends, platform updates, and competitive activity.Creator PartnershipsSource, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard creators, influencers, and affiliates.Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers.Develop partnership frameworks for sponsored content, ambassador programs, product seeding, and affiliate initiatives.Ensure creator partnerships align with brand values and target audience.Analytics & PerformanceEstablish KPIs and measurement frameworks for creator campaigns.Analyze campaign performance across reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI metrics.Deliver insights and recommendations to improve future initiatives.Manage influencer marketing platforms and reporting tools.Team & Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, communications, legal, and partnerships teams.Manage external agencies and vendor relationships as needed.Present campaign results and strategic recommendations to leadership.What We're Looking For3–5 years of marketing experience with meaningful exposure to managing influencer, affiliate, and/or ambassador programsHands‑on experience coordinating with creators or talent directly — you know how to manage logistics and relationships at the same timeExperience within influencer and affiliate platforms such as: Sprout Social, Impact Affiliate, TikTok Shop, YouTube ShoppingStrong organizational skills with a track record of keeping multi‑party workstreams on trackA genuine brand sensibility — you care how things look, sound, and feel, and you bring that lens to everything you touchBackground in lifestyle or outdoor brand marketing is highly valuedStrong written and verbal communication skills — you're as comfortable in a creator DM as you are in a leadership deck#J-18808-Ljbffr
