Seeking a Manager, Corporate Accounting to lead complex corporate accounting functions within a vertically integrated materials company.
Reporting to the Director of Revenue Accounting, responsibilities include managing accounting for debt, equity, government contracts, leases, intercompany eliminations, and international transactions. The role involves preparing journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, supporting monthly close processes, ensuring GAAP compliance, and developing ASC 606 revenue recognition models.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA, at least 7 years of experience in corporate or public accounting, proficiency with ERP systems (preferably SAP), advanced Excel skills, and leadership aptitude.
