Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Permanent Manager for our Corporate Accounting team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing organization where you will have the chance to lead a team of finance professionals and apply your expertise in financial management, budgeting, and accounting. This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with public company experience and a strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing the corporate accounting team and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
  • Developing and managing the company's budgeting process.
  • Preparing financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
  • Collaborating with other department heads to align financial management with company operations.
  • Providing leadership and support to the corporate accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and mutual respect.
  • Utilizing advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Continually evaluating and improving financial and operational processes.
  • Participating in strategic planning and decision-making at the managerial level.

Qualifications:
  • MBA, CMA, or CPA.
  • A minimum of 6 years of management or operational accounting experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in public accounting.
  • Proven experience managing a team of finance professionals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability in financial management, budgeting, and accounting.
