Corporate Accounts represent approximately 20% of total injectable business, making this role foundational to sustaining and accelerating enterprise‑level growth.

This role serves as the operational backbone for complex customer contracting, pricing programs, and location‑based account structures, while acting as a central liaison between Corporate Account Management (CAM), Legal, Finance, Operations, and external vendors. Beyond day‑to‑day contract execution, the Contract Lifecycle Manager is instrumental in designing and launching future‑ready pricing programs that support long‑term corporate account expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Contract Lifecycle & Compliance Management (50%)

  • Manages the full end‑to‑end customer contract lifecycle, from proposal development and pricing validation through execution, amendment, and renewal. (Maritz, Beghou, McKesson)

  • Analyzes contract pricing to ensure alignment with approved programs while maintaining strict financial, legal, and compliance standards.

  • Partners closely with Legal to validate, onboard, and recognize new customer legal entities and evolving corporate structures.

Corporate Account & Location Enablement (40%)

  • Supports CAM teams with the addition and removal of customer locations within existing contracts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and contractual compliance.

  • Maintains and governs Corporate Account Contract Master Lists, ensuring data integrity across reporting, pricing reconciliation, and operational execution.

  • Acts as the primary point of contact for CAMs and ISRs for contract‑related inquiries, including usage and troubleshooting of the Mainsail contract management tool.

Promotional & Pricing Program Support (10%)

  • Assists in drafting and executing contract amendments related to promotional activity and special pricing initiatives.

  • Plays a pivotal role in the launch of the organization’s Pricing Program, including:

    • Project management and timeline ownership

    • Requirements gathering and definition

    • Cross‑functional stakeholder alignment

    • Vendor coordination and implementation support

    • Readiness planning and program rollout

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business required.

  • 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in finance, contract analysis, contract management, contract negotiation support and/or lifecycle management.

  • Experience reviewing, drafting, and analyzing complex contracts independently.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VBA, is required.

  • Proven ability to identify, assess, and mitigate contractual risk.

  • Prior experience supporting fast-growing, revenue-driven commercial environments (sales-heavy, distributor-based, or practice-facing models).

  • Exposure to healthcare, medical aesthetics, life sciences, or regulated consumer products highly preferred

  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
