Overview
Join Baker Tilly's Development Advisory (DA) practice as a Manager, Construction Compliance Advisory. In this leadership role, you will lead construction risk engagements, including construction contract audits and controls assessments, helping clients strengthen governance, improve project controls, and mitigate risk throughout the construction project lifecycle.
Construction contract audits span projects from design through closeout and evaluate areas such as procurement, contracting, contractor management, safety, project administration, compliance, cost management, scheduling, and financial controls. In addition to providing assurance over contractor costs and billings, you will deliver actionable recommendations and partner with clients to implement meaningful process improvements.
As a Manager, you will lead client engagements, oversee multidisciplinary project teams, contribute to business development efforts, and serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership and executive stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact engagements in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while continuing to grow your technical and leadership skills.

The US National pay rate range for this job position is $59,400-$236,800. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant's skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location.
