Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Connected TV (Paid) Marketing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in CTV/OTT partner marketing, digital media planning and buying, and performance analytics and a proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize media campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee paid marketing campaigns with CTV/OTT partners from ideation and media planning through execution, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
- Drive customer acquisition for client + across multiple international markets, aligning with business goals and market nuances.
- Analyze partner and platform data to derive insights, evaluate delivery and performance, and recommend improvements.
- Manage budgets and pacing across campaigns, optimize lines, and reallocate spend to meet KPIs.
- Develop creative briefs and collaborate with central marketing, program marketing, analytics, and organic teams to align beats and tactics.
- Lead partner relationships and negotiations with OTT and device vendors, serving as the in-house expert for assigned partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of streaming or digital media experience managing end-to-end campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with CTV devices and OTT partners such as Samsung/Tizen, LG, Vizio, Hisense, Amazon Fire TV, and Roku.
- Proven track record presenting campaign progress, insights, and results to stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of media KPIs and linkage to lifetime customer metrics and acquisition efficiency.
- Experience setting up, optimizing, and scaling digital marketing campaigns with a data-driven approach.
- Proficiency with analytics and reporting suites (Adobe or Google Analytics) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build cross-functional relationships and manage vendor negotiations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in digital subscription services, digital retail, or e-commerce.
- Background in media agencies.
- Interest in entertainment and streaming content; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, changing environment.
