Overview:

**This position is Hybrid: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote, with flexibility to vary.**

 

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Day Shift

 

Purpose Statement/Position Summary: The Manager of Community Behavioral Health Quality Assurance provides ongoing coordination, consultation, and oversight of quality assurance initiatives to the Community Behavioral Health (CBH) program in the Behavioral Health Institute. Responsible for leading interprofessional operational and clinical quality assurance initiatives, working to ensure compliance with Department of Mental Health contractual requirements. Provides relevant data for clinical operations to achieve mission, vision and strategy in unison with the Program Manager.

 

Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 
Required:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience with community healthcare services.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in community mental health setting, with DMH documentation and an electronic health record system.
  • Previous supervisory experience.

Education/Licensure/Certification:
Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant healthcare-related field.

Preferred:

  • Active California clinical license in good standing or a minimum of seven (7) years of direct relevant clinical quality assurance and program oversight experience.
  • Master’s or doctoral degree in clinical discipline (Ph.D, Psy.D, MSW, MFT, or equivalent), or a healthcare-related field, from an accredited institution.

The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates who meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates who exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
