What makes You an ideal candidate?
- Proven track record in commercial lending with emphasis in automotive commercial financing.
- Extensive knowledge of accounting, financial statement analysis, cash flow analysis, and credit underwriting.
- Knowledge and understanding of automotive dealership operations.
- Thorough computer knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Microsoft Access knowledge preferred.
- Detailed oriented and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Team player with strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Strong customer services skills.
- Excellent analytical and project management skills are required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including presentation, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
- Ability to interface with all levels of management.
- High energy and fast paced office subject to stressful conditions.
- Some travel will be necessary.
- Work schedule will include some nights, weekends, or holidays.
Additional Knowledge and Skills
- Working effectively within an AI enabled environment:
- Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work.
- Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias.
- Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights.
- Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection .
Work Experience & Education
- 3-5 years of directly related professional level experience in an automotive commercial lending environment, including experience in creating and presenting ideas to executive management Pref
- 2-4 years in a management role, providing leadership, coaching, guidance and training and contributing to staff development Pref
- Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent work experience Required
- Master's Degree
